Booking terms and conditions

A booking becomes valid only after written or telephone confirmation from the host.

Enquiry and confirmation

Submitting the form does not create an automatic booking. The host confirms availability, price, conditions and any required deposit.

Standard arrival is from 2 pm and departure by 11 am. Other times must be arranged in advance.

The final price depends on the property, number of guests, dates, weekends and holidays and is stated in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation and deposit refund conditions are provided before confirmation and may vary by date.

Guests must take care of the property, respect quiet hours and use it only for the agreed number of people.
